The candidate for legislator from La Libertad Avanza, Ramiro Marra, has outlined his main campaign proposals for the City of Buenos Aires. One of the most controversial points of Marra's proposals revolves around his concept of "cracks," which he defines as drugged or drunk people who represent a danger to the citizenry. In relation to garbage, Marra advocated for penalties for those who rummage through the containers, instead of simply changing the lids, and suggested the installation of metal detectors if necessary.
